Senior Lecturer of Oleg Balatsky Department of Management, Ph.D. Yuliya Opanasiuk took part in the IV All-Ukrainian openings-workshops for modern heads of educational institutions, methodologists, teachers and lecturers "Entrepreneurship and career guidance in the functioning of a modern educational institution."
The following topics were presented during the opening: "Business education as a guarantee of development of young enterprising entrepreneurs", Master class: "Visualization of information - a" musthave "in career guidance work", aster class: "Carrying out a SWOT-analysis of an educational institution", "Strategy for the development of educational institutions", "Conducting project activities in educational institutions".
During the opening workshop participants learned about the features of ZNO-2021, the basic skills that employees can have in 2025, prospects for the introduction of entrepreneurship with the use of game technologies. Participants were presented with a computer program-simulator ViAl +, which realistically models the production enterprise and the market environment of its activity.

On February 9-13, Mishenina Halyna, Associate Professor of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky took part in the VI All-Ukrainian Conference "Uni-Biz Bridge - 6" on cooperation between business and universities. The conference was devoted to the problems and prospects of online learning in international companies, the competencies for the future, methods of finding motivation for themselves and the team / students, etc. There was also a panel discussion on the impact of online learning on education, the future of universities after quarantine.
The conference included training webinars from companies-employers aimed at improving the quality of online education. In particular, representatives of METRO, Philip Morris, JTI, Jooble, Rife shared their real experience at this year's event. After the conference, participants passed a test, providing them a chance to receive certificate. But the most valuable thing is that the tools and techniques offered by the speakers can now be used in the educational process for our students.

On March 9, an online discussion "Creating and maintaining the resilience of leaders in a crisis" was held, which was attended by graduate students of the Department of Management and course teacher Galina Mishenina within the discipline "Organizational Development Management". The webinar was organized by Academy DTEK together with INSEAD - a global business school recognized № 1 in the world.
At the online meeting, Speakers Declan Fitzsimons (Professor of Organizational Behavior INSEAD) and Valeria Zabolotna (Rector of Academy DTEK) talked about the resilience of leaders in today's world, discussed the nature of organizational resilience during the crisis and changes in the role of the leader. The discussion on the issue of personal stability, its impact on the ability to lead a team in difficult times was interesting.

On March 3, 2020, a training on international academic mobility was held for first-year students majoring in Management and Public Administration. Invited speaker - Deputy Head of the Department for International Affairs, a PhD student of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky, project manager of the NGO "Center for Adult Education" in Sumy city - Kotenko Stanislav Igorovich.
He spoke about current international academic mobility programs, international summer schools and workshops for students. The meeting was held in a dialogue mode. Participants received a lot of helpful information about the specifics of applying for a grant, writing a cover letter and CV, as well as the use of international mobility in the learning process.

Dr. Kristin Malek, or Doctor Key as she is known among her students, is Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is an expert in online learning and engaging strategies in learning. This seminar “Learning Engagement Strategies” brought many insights and ideas to the lives of Ph.D. students and educators.
