Management of Organizations is a specific type of organizational and management activity that includes such directions: enterprise resources management (financial,  material and informational resources), production management, planning and organization of a company operations, human resource management; marketing management; management of research activity;crisis management; investment management; innovation management; strategic management; management of organization efficiency in general.

 

«Administrative Management»

(Master on the basis of educational and qualification levels "Bachelor", "Specialist" and "Master" of any directions)

The specialists of speciality «Administrative management» can hold the following leading positions: central and local public authority bodies; heads of human resources departments and social and labour relations departments, subdivisions on advertising and public relations, subdivisions of material and technical supply, scientific and research subdivisions; logistics managers,  foreign economic activity managers.

 

«Public Service»

Public service in Ukraine is a professional activity of people who hold the positions in government bodies and its system and who are responsible for practical performing of tasks and functions of the state.

 

«Project Management»

Project management includes the following activities: planning of the process of project resources management (including the management of work content, work cost value, work quality, human resource management, risk management, purchasing management etc); the selection and formation of the project team; making project decisions; making decisions regarding the emergencies prevention and response; formation and support of favourable psychological climate in the team.
