Training on e-government and e-democracy
On April 10-14, 2017 in Kyiv, within the framework of the EGAP program, in cooperation with the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine, the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and the East Europe Foundation the training on e-governance and e-democracy was held. The participants of this training were: the representatives of public organizations, local self-government bodies and educational institutions from different cities of Ukraine. Sumy State University was represented by Associate Professor of the DepartmentManagement Svitlana Kolosok.
The training program included the lectures on e-government and e-democracy basics, information protection in e-government systems and electronic document management in public administration, e-interaction and reengineering of administrative processes in public authorities, electronic identification, electronic digital signatures and passports in the form of ID-cards.
At the end of the training the heads of the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine Oleksandr Ryzhenko defined the tasks which the bodies of state administration, public organizations in the field of e-governance implementation face to. O. Ryzhenko presented the participants of the training with certificates and wished further success in trainers’ career.
